Artist Statement

As a child, I transformed the walls of my bedroom into a canvas, marking the start of my artistic journey. This early expression, encouraged by my parents, laid the groundwork for my creative process today. Now, in my studio, each piece I create pays homage to those formative years. Though my mediums have evolved, my core—driven by a fascination with light, color, and the spontaneous dance of creation—remains unchanged. My work, existing in the space between painting and sculpture, draws on the action painting techniques of Jackson Pollock, yet I define them as 'action sculptures.'

They capture the dynamic engagement of my movements with the canvas, freezing in time the essence of my creative battle. This journey underscores my commitment to exploration and the enduring impact of our creative marks.
